I keep losing my repair kist, like i will be on 120 repair kits and then the next time i log in i just loose all of them

1 )  Hey, as from your profile I can see you use the << Crisis >> drone. Whenever you use the repair kit by pressing  1, you use up 3 individual pieces of repairs.

What this means is if you repair 10 times by pressing 1, you used up 30 repair kits. Since you said you only have 120, I assume you may have overspent them without knowing they consume a lot of it.

To know more about the << Crisis >> drone visit the following page https://en.tankiwiki.com/Crisis

2) Also have you shared your password with anyone ? or you may use a shared laptop/computer. So others (like your brother/sister) may have played on it and used them up.

Keep in mind that Crisis drone uses up lots of supplies in a short amount of time, especially if you use it in Parkour PRO battle mode (where you can repair every 3 seconds) this may also have been the issue.

Here is a couple things to consider:

1. Your account may have been hacked. What I would recommend doing is writing down how much of all supplies (boosted damage, boosted armor, boosted speed, mines, and certainly repair kits) you have on a sheet of paper and check and see if the numbers are the same. Do this IMMEDIATELY before logging off because you will likely use some supplies in matchmaking. If the supplies numbers are DIFFERENT, then reach out to customer service and share your email with tanki for the best chance of getting your lost items back and help prevents your account from being hacked in the future.

2. Potential bug in the program. Do what I underlined in 1. and if ONLY the repair kit quantity is different, you should mention this under bugs and glitches reports for the administration to examine, find the cause, and hopefully fix it.

3. You may have played matchmaking with auto-supplies enabled and you weren't aware that the game was automatically using them. This is a default feature on the mobile client which can enable/disable in the settings

I hope this answers (or at least helps) your question!
