Tankoins refund

I accidently used tankoins to upgrade thunder. is there a whey to get them back?

Game Rules basically prohibit refunds

2.1.6. Use of the Game and/or Game services for fraudulent or other illegal actions, including without limitation fraudulent in-game financial operations, fraud in the course of transactions, payments, including any refund, prohibited transactions; using the User’s virtual property, rankings, achievements and possessions in the Game (garage, crystals, game statistics) after refunding a payment; using multiple accounts, bots, 3rd party software, bugs in order to obtain an artificial advantage in battles, events (contests and promotions) held by The Administration and the company.

So, I believe you will not get refunded any ingame currency whether it is crystals or tankoins, basically the game policy is that you should be careful how you spend your currency in the game and if you made a mistake spending, it is on you.

As far as I know, they are only legally obligated to refund purchases made with real money, but they also block the account forever after refunding real money.

How can you accidently "usef tankoins to upgrade thunder"? Doubleclick? Tripleclick on gaming mouse.

I don't think it's refundable. If yes, write to help@tankionline.com to find out. If it's not, then you won't get anything.

Why would they forever block the account after refunding with real money????

Basically when you purchase something and use it, and then refund the items, you have used the items or gained items for free for certain period of time. If you do that, then they might interpret it as abuse of the system, because you used items that others had to pay for for free while they also lose revenue. I am not sure whether this policy changed over the years, or whether there are certain criteria that need to be met, but there certainly have been players who got their accounts blocked for refunding.
