Hacked?

Erm...  Is there any way I can tell if my account has been hacked?  I've had a couple of bans lately when I KNOW I've behaved myself, for a change, and today I discovered my boosted damage supplies had been boosted by 5k.  I'm using a downloaded client.  Is there a log I can check for sign-in times and dates?

There's no way for you to personally check your sign-in times. The most you can do is check your profile on ratings.tankionline.com and see if the earned experience and crystals match with your believing.

But I definitely suggest to change your password. Also you can visit this page and fill in the forum to get your lost crystals and other items refunded.

@Albion If you are in a clan, you can check your last login time by using an alt account

If you see some suspicious activity in your account,  secure your account more. How? There are many ways.

First one is for sure linking your e-mail to the game. By linking it, you'll be able to change your password by your e-mail when you consider your password too easy to hack, guess or crack/break.

Second one, enable 2FA? What it is? Quote from Wikipedia "2FA is an electronic authentication method in which a user is granted access to a website or application only after successfully presenting two or more pieces of evidence (or factors) to an authentication mechanism: knowledge (something only the user knows), possession (something only the user has), and inherence (something only the user is). MFA protects the user from an unknown person trying to access their data such as personal ID details or financial assets." If you enable it, every time you log in, game will ask you about a security code, you can find it in your authenticator app you have downloaded, for example Google Authenticator.

Third one, follow simple rules to protect yourself from scammers/hackers. What are them?

- Don't tell your password to anyone

-Never enter your username and password for the game on third-party resources

- Ignore attempts to sell or buy accounts

- Be vigilant
