What would I do if tanki keeps terrorizing my entire mind with "ControlChannelDisconnectException"?

This is not a new issue. I've had it since HTML5 client release, and since it has never been fixed.

How does it work?
You enter the game, everything is fine in the menu, all things work as intended. But, as you try to launch ANY mm battle, boom, hello "ControlChannelDisconnectException". Reload page, ControlChannelDisconnectException, reload again, ControlChannelDisconnectException, reload once again, you can guess. After some time you just get kicked to the main menu. 

Is this a bad issue?
Well, basically what it does is making the game unplayable, no way you could play it now. 

How could this be fixed?
On client side, you can clear your ENTIRE browser data to play 1 MM BATTLE in the game, to then on the next one to face yet another ControlChannelDisconnectException. This might be a solution to always do that, but sorry, I'm not willing to relog into all my google accounts with 2FA over and over again, but also loose my login data everywhere else.

Why won't devs look into it? I know it is more important for alternativa is to get more and more money, but can they make the game at least playable?

Also please note, my wifi is perfect and works great everywhere else. This is only an issue for Tanki Online.

I got the same problem. Its happening during the battle and I really dont know how to fix it. I know exactly when it started and its since the start of Autumn festival event. From this event I just playing and out of nowhere it the game just crash and relog me to the garage and then to the battle. It can happen 3 times per battle. Sometimes 10 times and sometimes its working perfectly. I would like to request to anybody from developers can fix it till the next week cuz of Halloween. If I have to be more specific imagine you´re just riding your Tank to the front and out of nowhere your screen just change on tanki loading page. Then one message appear SYSTEM ERROR Cannot load resources ResourcesBatchLoadException: ResourceLoadException: id: some numbers with always different id. Then it fast change to ControlChannelDisconnectException. Dont know how to fix. I already tried to remove all files and reinstalling game. Nothing helped and its getting really annoying when I really want play but I just cant. Hope anybody gonna fix it soon.

I see that you have been facing this issue for quite a while now and none of the solutions you have already received seem to fix the problem.
Did you try to contact Customer Service?

I did, they only suggested what they would normaly suggest, despite me mentioning that I HAVE infact tried it all.

No. First, I don't want to switch to vpn each time I'm launching tanki. Second, it did not solve the issue.

What's the purpose of it either way, when you literally have your every MM battle against legends with 9999GS and straight up OP augments with crisis.
