I think this is a fair anti-campers measure. The Scorpion's default settings already include long-range (map-wide) and wall-guided salvo missiles.

The event is completely not balanced at all, it requires you to play for a solid 2 hours to finish a contract and after that you get 3 energies for silver contracts which will barely give 1 hit so you need to waste in average 24h of play time for like 6 or 8 points. Not even 1 augment for all that effort. Definitely a scam

This event is way better than that Rally Tankcar event!!! The possibility to choose rewards is the best thing in this kind of events. People don't have to go for prizes they already have, they can choose something they don't have. It's like a win-win situation for both new and "old" players.

More events like this in the future!!! Especially with such great choice of prizes, from protection modules (for new players or with middle ranks) to good augments (for everyone).

Recently I just finished grinding for one augment and damn it was a lot of work. I actually enjoyed this event but me using between 60-75 energies was a bit of a stretch even for me that likes to grind a lot. But it is possible for a free player to get one. Since I didn't have any tankoins at all for gold contracts, I bought just 24 silver contracts. Which is about 1.2 million crystals spent from me to get a legendary augment of my choice. 

Although, the only thing I didnt like about the event was the fact that the battles ships I placed in were just counterproductive to never lose. I felt like this was the let down for this event. 

Overall, I do feel content about getting a single augment of my choice at least for free.

Any tips for this event? Like I bought 2 gold contracts and 10 silver contracts and still can't earn 10 points, I feel betrayed for the grind and have only 6 points:C

Are you diffusing mines? If you're aiming to win any serious rewards, diffusing the mine is a must in each round.

I stepped on 2 mines so I played 6 games instead of 5 games. I just happened to not step on anymore after those two games. I originally thought I would use less silver contracts. I had only 1 tankoin at that time. https://imgur.com/a/jpVy2O9

Man, as a free player I was hoping I could have a chance at some augments from this event. Now it looks like I’m just gonna walk away with all my crystals and tankicoins spent on just one epic key. Seriously, completing the missions, the accompanying silver contracts, and then buying a silver and gold contract should get more than 2 points.

@Firestar220006 I bought the add-on I wanted. Note: If you want to earn 2 points in every match, you must open the mine. 30 takions. I gave 30 takions in every match, I got 2 points and bought a silver contract.

I got gauss hyperspeed. I wanted a different gauss augment since I dont have a variety augments for gauss. All I had were crystal augments and two status gauss being AP and Emp. I wanted to get at least a hyperspeed augment since I didnt have any at all.  I could have gotten one of the OP striker augments but chose not to since they may nerf it eventually sooner if too many people have them. So I went after an option that is less likely to be nerfed anytime soon. But overall the grind was worth it.

That's what it looks like from the announcement, but I would hate to be responsible for something going wrong and you losing tankoins, so experiment with it on your own risk, if you will.
