Dear gentlemen, calling you with this title is going too far, and I will explain why. The game is inaccessible citing various problems or access to the page is denied, or you let it in to load the page but then "system error" comes out and you need to reload the page but then it repeats, or it seems to load the page, you actually enter the game and you can hear it game noise but the screen appears with error id 1540996433960. You want once and for all to make the game usable every day without having to suffer this stress. Translated via translator with the hope of making the problem.

I was on Bydo and played 1 battle score 7 / 30 terrible battle in general my fire burn effect did little to no damage .

then went to go into another battle and now the server wont let me join . it keeps sending me back to the main loading page.

I finally did get back to the main account - but tried again to load battle and still wont.

I did play on my Evil-Woman account before I went on Bydo and all was great . system worked perfect no issues .

Since when I write problems I don't refrain from communicating it to technical support accompanied by screenshots, videos and Mtr and speedtest tests and this is his response received at 3.33 pm today regarding the problem:

There are problems with the game’s availability. From time to time there are difficulties with access to the game. In this regard, you may encounter the inability to load the game, lags in battles and errors.

We are aware of this problem and are making every effort to restore the regular operation of the servers as soon as possible.

They have probably saved a copy of that message so they can copy/paste it over and over again. This issue has been happening on and off for 2-3 years now.

so now were getting a grey screen

I was on Bydo and got 3 games done but got locked into the 4th battle.  I tried to get back into the system , it now gives us a grey screen.

also a 502 Error - bad gate way..

tanki is  off line now..

I've been playing all day to complete the cybertanki event, I got 200 energy keys, I went to the event agr and the keys simply disappeared and the event process returned 

I stop at the beginning as I was at Checkpoint 5

So from bad to worse, I haven't been able to access the site since last night, the page is unreachable and to access the forum it took a lot of patience as it kept loading and not finishing. If this is your consideration of customers - players then we are going badly.

Why does the game still crash? It says in the annouchments that this issue is solved but i still get the loading resourches error and others. Is this only me?

ok not sure what is going on with the system.

first - mission indicator is not on when you first open up accounts . this all started on Friday.

finding for my 3 accounts it takes more then 2 shots to destroy tanks when your a Juggernaut

protection is not working when you first open into battles / fire does not work when I have it fully installed on my account.

from time to time the ricochet shots miss targets tanks , they go way over head or not hitting them at all

It took me from  Monday until today to finally get 10 destroyed tanks from second missions. even thou on the weekend I had them done within 2 days or less.

also still not getting kills registering in battles , event thou it shows red from being destroyed from your tank.

If the players you're fighting against are using the Defender drone and/or the Lifeguard hull augment then they will take longer to kill.

I've noticed this for a year but did not know what caused it. Low modifications of Firebird have their energy recovery rate boosted when they micro-upgrade it. I do not know if this is the case for all modifications but it is easiest to see with Mk1.
