My Account Got Permanently Banned for "Hacking"?

I’m honestly shocked and frustrated right now. I just got an email saying my Tanki Online account is permanently banned for "hacking" — which is completely false. I’ve never used any kind of hacks or cheats in the game, ever.

What makes this even worse is that I’ve always been a loyal player. I’ve helped others in the community, and I even upload YouTube videos regularly to promote and support the game. So imagine how embarrassing and discouraging it is to get banned like this out of nowhere, without even being given a chance to defend myself.

I didn't play the game for a week, opened it then was surprised with a ban letter.
I contacted support, hoping there was some mistake — but all I got back was a cold reply saying my account is banned forever and can’t be restored. No explanation, no proof, nothing.

I’ve put years into this account, into helping others, into creating content for this game. And this is how I’m treated? Just thrown away and labeled a cheater with no evidence?

Tanki, this isn’t right. If I did something wrong, at least show me proof. If not, then please fix this. I don’t deserve to be treated like this, especially after all the support I’ve given to this game and its community.
