My account was stolen and I want it back.

Hello. In June 2023, I won an esports tournament and received a gladiator skin. In July, I enlisted in the military. In June 2024, I returned for a 10-day leave and was able to log into my account.I completed my military service in January 2025. I logged into my account and played for one day. The next day, I couldn't log into my account because two-factor authentication was enabled and my nickname had been changed.At that point, I lost my email address, so I couldn't send you detailed information. I found the email, so I'm ready to provide a detailed response. I changed my account password, but I can't log in because two-factor authentication is enabled.I can provide you with account information, including payment history and nickname change history. I don't remember the exact date the account was opened, but it was around 2013-2014. The last time I logged in was January 13-14, 2025.The account holder's name was changed to Finito. Two months later, it was changed again to Audemar. I looked at my account transaction history, and it shows the date March 3, 2025. My account has most likely been blocked. Please investigate and help me regain access to my account. I am available to answer your questions.

Hello, sorry to hear you’re dealing with this. Unfortunately, only tech support have the authority or tools to handle blocked accounts. Please cooperate with them accordingly, and we hope your account can be restored.

Hi,

Your account is most likely stolen by a hacker or someone else. The best chance from my opinion you have is send a mail to help@tankionline.com.


Send a simple email to them using the original email linked to your account saying that you want to retrieve a stolen account. From there they should ask you multiple questions (such as date you created account, last logged in date, previous nicknames and obviously purchase receipts). Answer all of them as best you can and they will investigate this and they will come up with a decision. 
 

The support team does an amazing job, so I am sure they will help you in this if they find it is true.

Also:

Once you get your account back please change your account password to something hard, add a 2-factor authentication and even try to change your email password. This is just a precaution incase if it were to be stolen again.
