Can I get my last two purchases back?

 

I bought Corrosion and Tundra paint thinking it wouldn't make much of a difference as the 2.0 conversion was about to happen. Could really use those 8000 crystals back as then I can at least by a better paint (my original plan) while waiting for 2.0 to be released.

 

Anyone from tanki want to talk about this? Would have never have made these purchases knowing that this "hard" release date was going to be pushed back again.

Me too!!! I want my 3 purchases back. I bought Mammoth, Swamp paint, and Marine Paint for fun...because I thought 2.0 would come soon.

Wow that's what you guys get for thinking.... 2.0 has been delayed 3 times now I mean I doubt it will even come out in 2011 might have to wait till 2012 I think to be honest some people been waiting a year to 2.0 lolz.

Tanki cud refund crsytals in 1.0 on 4th june and release 2.0 later.

Purchases made with BAD information from the source would dictate a slightly more apologetic approach at the least. When choices are made based on promises from the very makers of the game, exceptions should be made.

 

I find it very hard to swallow, but I find the "sucks to be you" attitude so distasteful I wouldn't even appreciate putting it in my mouth to chew because of the smell.

Sorry for having this attitude, but as you might know that the developers cant "promise" a fixed date. Tanki 2.0 was going perfectly fine in Closed testing but a lot of problems popped up as soon as Open testing started. From that day things were not looking really good for the game and it was quite clear that the game wont be released on June 4th.

I bought thunder m2 at october(just for test, coz 2.0 should be relized at november). After that I bought rail, when they promise to relize at december. Now I bought thunder m3 and will not surprise if I buy rico3, before TO2 comes out. It sucks, but I don't believe moneyback will

The reality is the only people that knew were the developers, NOT the users. It was a HARD date regardless of whether you want to believe it or not. Most people made a couple of purchases based on the Information provided.

 

I think as a whole it would be a much better circumstance if

 

1. Your attitude was a little better and there was at least some empathy (which there was not)

2. You can look at it from the side of the Customer

3. Would be more willing to have this discussion with the developers listing the frustration that this date change has made and the resulting decisions made by consumers.

 

Once the hard date came out prior to the OPEN ALPHA TESTING, people were underneath the illusion all currency would return on June 4th on Open Beta release. Quite a few customers had faith in that hard date and made some purchases underneath that premise.

 

Well that didn't happen Kool, and your "sucks to be you" attitude just exacerbates the situation. The request in this thread was for customers to have a discussion with the developers, not Mods.

 

We already have enough problems having conflict between the mods and general population in terms of attitude. At this point you are just perpetuating those issues. Please see my responses to the Ban thread and take a lesson in decorum.

 

There are much more appropriate responses here, none of which you chose to use. I guess that is the risk when making exceptions, sometimes you get a handful of immaturity.
