SE905 can't log in.

Hi,

 

I got a problem, today i've tried to log in on my SE905 account but i keep getting this message: "Connection closed by server" and i don't know what why? Ther is nothing wrong with my internet, that's 100% sure. I've logged on my other account and that went well, i've asked in the chat what the problem could be and almost everybody who gave me a answer said that i'm blocked/banned.. And now I'm even more confused because I didn't do anything against the rules.

 

Please help me out!

No, that's impossible. And the point is, that after pressing the yellow button "START!" on http://tankionline.com/ I can see the loading screen for like 2/3 seconds and after that i get the message again and again.

This message most probably means that your account was blocked for some reason. Contact the technical support team at help@tankionline.com, they can tell you the reason and unblock the account if it was blocked by, say, a false cheat detection.

I got another problem.

After sending a E-m@il to help@tankionline.com, i get this:

 

"Hi. This is the qmail-send program at nmx2.masterhost.ru.

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.

This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out."

 

Is there maybe another E-m@il adress?

Try sending from another mail service; this one obviously does not work properly (at least now).

AFAIK, there is no alternate email address.

There's the good old 'User over quota' - someone at Alternativa needs to clean out their inbox. The good news is that on different days, help@ emails bounce to different people's boxes, so chances are that the next day you will hit someone whose inbox ain't full.

The account SE905 was blocked. The reason was "Attempt of hacking (using third party software to get advantage in the game)".

 

I think such reason is quite enough.
