1. If it is an web security program that you have control of, why not just disable it OR

 

2. If it is your parents that have you on lock down with a content blocker, why not just ask them "I keep getting banned for inappropriate behavior on this site I use, could you please take off the content blocker long enough that I can read the rules?"

 

 

Either way you get to see the rules, which would probably benefit you considering your current propensity for disobeying them. Good Luck!

again, this is my "SCHOOL" laptop. They blocked some sites and blocked the thing where you can unblock the sites. To unblock it, i will need a username and password which i dont know. My parents cannot do anything to unblock the sites

Hey we have the same thing! If u have the same filter we do (which you prolly don't) then just get your IP adress plug it into the URL bar and wait a few minutes and it'll let you unblock everything.

@Eassydo: I go to Robert C. Fisler school and It is a school where everyone from 2nd Grade and up get a laptop. We have to buy it...We are allowed to play games and others that arent blocked by the firewall.
