Connection closed by server

I went on holiday, so my IP changed, and I started getting this error. No matter at browser, I get it immediately after login or loading or at the latest after clicking on something (garage, battle...). I tried cleaning cache, but still the same error :(

sometimes while i am playing they say connection closed by server and thats really annoying try to do something :( :(

This is a known problem, and if you are experiencing a error message saying connection closed just after you log-in then do the following.

 

1) Clean your browser's Cookies, If you don't delete your cache or history it doesn't matter, the problem is being caused by the Cookies.

 

2) Delete your Flash Cache and Cookies by using the following link

When that page fully loads you will see a button named Delete all Sites. Click it then click confirm and now, Try to log in again. If there is still a Problem kindly contact help@tankionline.com

And check out if anybody knows you password ... If anybody log into your account that are you playing ... That message appears...

Today...When I logged into my chocolatepudding_3 account, to get my daily bonus, it worked, but when I went on my chocolatepudding_2 account and pressed play, how come it says Connection Closed By Server ?! I spent 25$ on that account, you know?!
