Bug in Shaft

I am having problems with premature slowing down of shaft rotation even at beginning of charge. Please sort it out.

 

P.S Why can't you just bring the old shaft back. It was effin perfect.

I have that problem also sometimes, but is over when I charge for my next shot. But: Fix it please. And bring the old shaft back !! But only the power, and not that you have to reach the line to shoot, and that if the yellow bar is back that then you have to reload again. But just the power.
