Because I want to change my password but my email doesn't work !

think before you enter a email. try emailiing help@tankionline.com to get your password back. it happened to BlakeX87, and it worked. Oh they might make you give account details to confirm that its you. Im not positive about anything, its just what they did to me.

How to change email adress in my account ?

For that would change your password or E-Mail you will need:

1) Enter the game and find the right in the upper right corner of this icon

2) Click on window --->

3) Then click on change password and E-Mail and wait for an e-mail to your mail from your account if you do not know your e-mail from an account should be just go here (also in the right corner of the screen)

then it will be necessary to click on the Invite by e-mail and will be a window (there will be given your mail).

4) Once we have found the e-mail, simply log on and find her a letter which will be referred to TankiOnlayn to change your password.

If i get you right, you know about the button right? Its just when you click the link on your email, it doesn't work? That happened to me.

 

What you have to do is this:

Press change email and password on tanki

then go IMMMEDIATELY to your email.

press the link asap

Then it will load, at least in my case :D

If you entered a fake email, or accidentally miss-spelled it, then you have to email help@tankionline.com to get it fixed. It takes around 5 minutes to a week to get a reply, if you didn't get a reply within a week, then send it again. Make sure you include a subject in the email.

 

Remember, help@tankionline.com will never ask for your password or personal info.
