Pass Change

I clicked the link which would send the password change letter to my E-Mail. I have waited a week and it has not arrived. I checked spam, but nothing. Some help, please?

 

UPDATE: I tried to use "Forgot Password" but it is for my other account with the same email and pass.

 

Please. Someone has been on my account. Help please!
