in my opinion, i have to say shaft owns thunder, but you can only be a deadly shaft if you know how to use it, some noobs take forever to aim and shoot, thunders and ricos are the most annoying to shafts, believe me, but like i said, you gotta know how to use shaft to survive the recoiled shots from thunders and ricos

Well it's already been said, so in summation: If you like to snipe, get shaft. If you want to be real active in combat, use thunder. I've found thunder to only be a little less powerful than shaft, but much more mobile and much more active. Depends on your style of play and what you like best. It's all individual preference. That's it.
