Double Power: a bit too much

Double Power: this supply really got a boost due to the Smart Cooldown.

 

Maybe even a bit too much.

I fully agreed with the Smart Cooldown and still do, but the DP might be too overpowered now.

Especially in long-range Maps:

So I 'm asking the Developers to have a closer look at this.

Maybe the DP 's could use a small nerf in damage done.

This for the case of fairplay. (as a Railgun/Thunder player myself I don 't benefit of this)

Good for you for suggesting a nerf that doesn't benefit you.  More people should do the same.  Aside from this I'd wait a bit before you make up your mind.  The increased supply rewards and doubling of stocks have flooded the market, so players are much more inclined to use supplies.  Especially since many of them have been of the mind set to use up everything they have as soon as possible.  In a few weeks chances are you will see less of it.

In a way I thought this would benefit me too, until I realized that I need to use supplies constantly in every battle I enter, which sucks. I think that the supply box drops should be placed differently. Don't really know how, but most people know where which supply drops exactly, so may be that could be shuffled a bit.

Thanks. It 's just that I feel that far-range weapons like Shaft, Rail and Thunder with Double Power

are now too powerfull in Medium to Large Maps.

It 's especially unfair to the short-rangers.

I do play Wasp/Isida (not lately) occasionally: so in that case it also would benefit me... ;)

 

Instead of nerfing you can lay restrictions on yourself, like no drugging, but that 's pretty hard to maintain.

 

It 's way better if things get regulated by Tanki Online in a fairplay enhancing way.

Shuffled drops of supplies is an interesting idea.

 

This may prevent medium to heavy hulls to "camp" besides those dropzones.

Yes, we will see less of it, but still the problem will continoue, as  more people realise that

Because the real problem - whether administration sees it or not - is the encrease of drugs usage after the unfortunate update, and not just due to doubling of bonus supplies. The solution - as was proposed in many a post - is to encrease every drug's cooling period, canseling at the same time the drug interaction restrictions. I hope sometime Administration realises this.

A first, spontaneous reaction is that I 'd like it... (speaking as one of the update complainers).. The less the battle-value of drugs, the better. But I feel not all complainers would like it, because high rank or relatively rich complainers have other needs and they would like more drugs instead of less...
