You might know what this will be about, looking to the title.

This topic is for players as for the staff.

 

In this topic, I'd like people to share their opinion about the Staff and everything related to it, in constructive and polite way. 

 

I've recently tried to be moderator only to create this topic to have more impact when creating this topic, but I got denied. A moderator criticizing moderators has a bigger impact and looks more sincere than a player criticizing moderators. Don't believe I'm jealous of moderators. You might think indeed "he tried and failed then raged", but no. I want to put everyone on an equal footing.

 

Here you can share advices with the staff, what you would advice them to do in the future. If you criticize a moderator/administrator, you must do it in a RESPECTFUL WAY. The way moderators are hired can also be discussed. We all know moderators that lied when telling their age, invented a fake motivation to get the paint or that small avatar next to their name, those thousand of crystals that moderators earn, or, like me, wanted to have more impact. When these kinds of moderators are hired, who's fault is it? Administrators hiring them, and by that, not doing their job correctly? Or the players not telling the entire truth about themselves?

 

There are many things to talk about, which you might also have a specific opinion about. Criticizing those things is one, giving a solution for the problem is another thing. When criticizing someone/something, we do encourage you to also give a solution/advice.

Keep in mind that reports of any candidate, moderator, administrator, developer should not be public and should be sent to the right person(s). Do not post violations of staff members in this topic.

Do not forget that this is a peaceful and quiet place. Taking part in this can be beneficial for both (Staff&Players).

Posting constructive criticisms should not influence your relation with the Staff member concerned (except in a positive way). May I kindly encourage the concerned Staff member(s) to listen to players' advices and consider them. Reactions are also very welcome.

^In addition, in whatever way the "topics about specific players" rule gets changed in future, it still doesn't have absolutely any connection to the fact that discussing administration's actions publicly is forbidden.
