Colour indicator to show when equipment change recharges

During battle when there is no equipment change allowed, the garage button should be in red. When there is allowance for an equipment change, the button should be green. The game is too fast-paced to go into your garage just to meet a timer telling you that you have so much time until you are allowed to change equipment. Just let the button turn green upon expiration and we will know the option to change is open for us by just a glance without any extra actions or having to leave the battle. Once an equipment change has been made, the timer starts all over again.

Thing is, you don't always change all 4 aspects of your tank, so what if you change your turret only and change your hull 3 minutes later? Then you might want to know when you can change your turret again, but the button will still be red until the hull change recharges, right? And if it's green even when just one thing is available to change, then that would be rather useless.

I think it makes more sense to add 4 indicators under the garage button, similar to the supplies. Each icon would represent turrets, hulls, modules and paints respectively and they would have a timer on them just like supplies, so you would know when each item's change gets recharged. And to avoid taking up space it would only appear when pressing Tab or R/V.

Equipment would not be separated. Only when the Change Equipment cooldown expires, then it turns green. It shouldn't matter how many items are changed, a change is a change and the clock resets. Not trying to add more buttons, it would just complicate matters. Just a simple visual Green/Red effect.

But that's why I pointed out that it's a problem. Say I change my turret and then change my hull 2 minutes later. I will then want to change my turret again as soon as the timer is over, but according to what you say, the button will only torn green when all change cooldowns are over, so I won't see the button turn green until 5 minutes passed since I changed my hull, despite the fact that turret change has been available for 2 minutes already.

Seems kinda useless to me if it would work like that. Or am I missing something?

Unless I am misunderstanding the mechanics.

"- Under new game rules, you can equip an entirely new tank every 5 minutes during a battle."

So if I change a turret, the clock starts again only for the turret, but not for a hull, module, or paint, correct?

===================

Turret: cooldown period

Hull: Change Available

Module: Change Available

Paint: Change Available

===================

If this is the case, then yes, this idea can be discarded.

However, if I make one change and go back into battle, and the cooldown resets another 5 minutes before I can do ANY change, then this is where the idea comes in.

Red = Garage is locked until timer expires (or if it is a formatted battle with no changes allowed), preventing entry into garage

Green = (Timer expired) Garage is open until the timer reset upon making changes.

There is a separate timer for each category of equipment. There isn't an overall 5 minute timer that restarts with each equipment change.

Ah, ok. Thanks. That cleared things up.

I think these two would work very well
