There is no point on discussing it here, it's not going to solve anything. When tanki officials block someone, that doesn't mean they are racist, all violators are punished equally. As I said before, just contact the help desk to clarify the status of the problem, if you think they have been banned unfairly.

There is no discrimination towards Arabs. Players are banned for a reason. Just because you're a Generalissimo or you've bought a lot of crystals, doesn't mean you're special. You will still be banned for offences.
