I have been trying to join a battle today and I'm getting a Fatal Error:

 

 

Please help me fix this problem!

EDIT: I'm having lags as well :( .

I do also have this problem, but mine looks a littlle different mine says Fatal Error Event ID: 1234 4454 Bubbles 12343232 IOG Cancelable, please help

I believe the server closes the connection due to the speed of your internet. Can you tell me what's your average download and upload speed?

i have the same problem on which ever brower i try to start tanki on . so i downloaded STAND ALONE FLASH PLAYER . and its working just great . my download speed is just 0.5 Mbps , but the every map is loading like in just 10 secs :) :tank: B)

same thing also happened with me. you just need to clear your browser cache memory and things will come to normal....

To be able to play tanki your upload speed should be at least 180 mbps, so yours is really the minimum. Try to improve your connection stopping other active programs, closing other tabs, etc. Clean browser and flashplayer caches. Try again to connect.

U gotta be joking, my upload speed NEVER got above 0.50 :|

It's working, now it's just lag. However, next time it comes up, I'll try that. For lag, does Standalone Flash player really have an improvement? I've very recently cleared my Flash and Browser cache, but maybe I should try Standalone Flash player? How good is it?

idk it works sometimes but i was not able to load server 2, all other server were working, and battle wasnt loading

i got it, this fatal error is just because of internet speed,supernick no need of 180mbps of upload speed,0.50mbps is enough but u need more that 2mbps download speed

I'm sorry for forgetting about this topic, Seems that the problem was only in that day.

 

its nothing about speed, but maybe it was caused by pressure on the network.

Anyone facing the problem again send me a PM and we'll try to get a solution; if the problem seems to happen too often I will report to the administrators as well.
