This is not against the rules because the rules forbids ideas regarding refund and/or selling items. This is about trading.

 

Since most of us have stuff in our garage that we never use because (for example) a paint only has 10% protection, we want to get rid of this. We can't sell it, and we can't refund it. What about trading?

 

This is how it would work: A paint with 10% protection is worth 10 trading points. He can trade this paint with another players paint worth around the same trading points. A player can also combine items together to get a collective amount of trading points and trade them for the same amount of trading points.

 

For example: I have an item worth 10 trading points. You also have an item worth 10 trading points. We trade this. I get your item, you get my item.

 

Another example: I have an item worth 20 trading points. I combine this with an item worth 10 trading points. This equals 30 trading points. I can trade this with an item of yours worth 30 trading points.

 

Another thing: If the developers of Tanki Online believe that this won't increase their profit, I propose that a small fee of crystals be added depending on the amount of the trading points each deal.

Well, I know it's not against the rules, but trading/selling/refunds will not be implemented.
