TANKI ONLINE TIP #3 WEAPONS AND TANKS

 Share

Recommended Posts

Here is my ideas for a newbie who (if following my tips) will end up being a great tankman.

First of all I would upgrade smoky to m1 and buy hunter. Once twins come out, buy it and upgrade it all the way, upgrade hunter to m2. m3 twins work really well all the way to the luitenant ranks. You are going to have m2 hunter for a long time, but once you are a warrant officer one, you will have a lot of crystals left over. When you are warrant officer 1, buy viking. m3 twins and m0 viking is boss for warrant officer 1. Also buy thunder. I recommend you use m3 twins still. Upgrade thunder and viking every other. Once you have m2 thunder, use it instead of twins. Hopefully, you will have m2 thunder and m2 viking when you are third lieutenant (or even before it) Upgrade both thunder and viking to m3 and then you can focus on paint. These tips will save you a lot of crystals and will have one of the best tanks when you are warrant officer 1 and above. Even though you won't have the best tank when you are a major sergeant, it will be worth it. To save you a lot of money, don't buy any other gun or tank until you have m3 thunder and m3 viking. If you buy fire or rail while you are a low rank, it will waste crystals. Feel free to say what you think.

. Once twins come out' date=' buy it [/quote']

I'm sorry I stopped there. Well not really, I actually read the whole thing, but it was quite a long pause on that part. I trained 3 accounts above WO1 each with a different plan. My first account, I used this exact method with the twins and hunter. That account was horrible, I had ratios less than 1.00 and it took forever to get to WO1. My second account was much better, I stuck with m3 wasp + m3 firebird. It worked really well and I got to WO1 in no time with ratios above 1.50. (As a matter of fact, that account is major general now). My third account, still a WO1 was amazing. I stuck with M3 Hunter + M3 smokey and had ratios of over 4.00. By the time I was Sergeant major, I had enough money to buy m2 rail, and by the time the 70% rail discount arrived, I happily bought m3 rail still being a Sergeant major.

Moral of this post: There is no option to the "best plan to use for a newbie" use whatever you like or are good at.

Well there is that...

and there is

"Never use twins, don't be a twoob"

it doesn't matter ratio, it doesn't matter how quick you get a rank, it is about crystals, if you enter a battle and play for 20 minutes and the battle didn't end, then it was a waste of time, crystals is the most important thing, not rank or ratio.

here's what i'd do:

Recruit > Staff Sergeant:

wasp 1/2/3

smoky 1/2/3

rail 1(on double power can kill m3 titan in 2 solid shots, wasp can keep you agile while shoot&hide)

PRIMARY WEAPONS= smoky m3/rail m1/wasp m3

Master Sergeant > Sergeant Major:

Railgun 2/3 (remains powerful till Marshal, when u get to play alongside the big dawgs rail3 will alwys remain one of the top fav. in CTF)

Hornet 1 (match this with rail 3 as wasp is no longer neccesary since health on hornet 1 is slightly better and way faster)

PRIMARY WEAPONS= hornet m1/rail m3

W01 > W04

Hornet 2 (try to get m3 and it'll be worth every penny since by this stage you'll be an expert at using rail on steal killings)

Shaft 0 (at m0 shaft pwns all tier 1 and hornet on 1 shot! - if ur into camping and earn good ratio)

Isida 1/2/3 (only if u'd rather be a good samaritan and heal up teamates and be at the top 5 in the CTF)

Thunder (not so much at m0/1, if u crave for one jst save up for m2.)

PRIMARY WEAPONS= rail m3 / hornet m2/3

SECONDARY = Shaft m0

Third Leutenant > Marshal

Upgrade Shaft to m3!!!

Viking 1/2/3

Upgrade Thunder to M3!

Upgrade Rico to M3!

Get Prodigy paint :)

I would recommend Wasp with Railgun in the beginning. That's what I used (for a very long time too, even when it was reeaally out of the technical race, so to speak!) and with that I could almost always get the top score.

The Wasp has its turret very close to it's rear which makes the good ol' attack of quickly peeping out of a corner very effective as it's a very small target to hit. With Railgun, in the beginning, you can kill pretty much every tank that has a little bit of damage with one shot, so you can steal kills very very easily! ;)

It's also effective when you play against not so skilled people, to drive in a sneaky careful way close to their spawning area and shoot them from a good position. Maybe use some "double damage" drugs and just kill 'em all!! And then escape to another cover once they start attacking, maybe using some Nitro drugs, and fire again.

Just don't attack so often, play in this way to get the topscore and get many crystals. Offcourse you can attack to, but be careful and learn how to change the camera angle all the time so you're always ahead of the enemy!!

Also, if you're in danger of being a chosen target, reveal yourself to fire at the enemy once a teammate close to you is attacking and they will shoot at that tank instead.

Almost none of these tactics are really about helping the team...but hey, it's a jungle and you gotta make your own way to the top!

So...get the Rail. Maximum damage while minimal exposure. But offcourse, have fun. It's a game.

What matters even more; is the fun you have playing the game.

Good post splitterpoint. Become good with what you have and have fun doing it. Sure, you will run into druggers that spoil it occasionally, but most players are learning as well. Learn to watch the tactics of other players, and then improve upon them.

But you need to look for pro players.

Ikr

So you can "copy" their tactics.

Please, feel free to notice that this topic was last posted in a couple of months ago... Gravedigger
