Opinions on the rebalance.

This is a topic for those who want to express their opinions on the rebalance. Posting here says "I agree that I have read, asked and researched about the rebalance and I am sure i know everything about it and want to express my personal opinion about it!"

Well I suppose the cheapest way to level the playing field and make skill count is to sign back up as a new recruit. This solves the problem of having a high rank and only being able to afford crappy weapons/armour because the upgrades are unrealistically expensive and totally unattainable :)

The rebalance as an idea and as a system is actually a very good idea, in that it is easier to add new content and equality for most tankmen...

 

But the execution of the system could use a bit of tweaking, for instance, Twins damage per minute, Freeze effect, Viking versus Dictator, Firebird reload, Mammoth speed/strength, etcetera.

 

There is nothing a few number changes here and there cannot fix :)

It seems to me so far that everyone who still hates it picks out a couple of flaws and say the ENTIRE rebalance is bad. It's not completely bad, except maybe with a few OP weapons and prices that no one can ever seem to afford but otherwise, its fine

Agree, twins is way more powerfull than other weapons and has one drawback which is the distance it can fire till compare to rico which has slow bullets and needs to recharge etc.

I think i will need a vacation from tanki for around 1 month, everything got confusing .. until microupgrades got stable, and skills back to its value, i will be playing that time .. and i forgot .. the friend system i guess will be a great solution for opening fair battles ..

I already said some pages ago that when Micro-Upgrades will be implemented in the game they might be fixing some weapons/hulls, we don't know any other infos yet.

IMHO, the rebalance removed variety from the game. Everyone is stuck with m0 stuff, then everyone has m1 stuff, and so on.

I much preferred the previous system which was more like a progression in which you unlock stuff that gets better and better, and you can choose to upgrade something instead of buying the next weapon.

Furthermore, they refunded all our crystals, and left us unsure on what to buy. We should have been given like a week to try stuff out before our crystals got re-refunded, now I have stuff in my garage I would never have bought. Finally, the prices for gear starting at m1 went through the roof, yet the battle fund got halved :angry: . IMO prices should be lowered by a third, and one should receive some crystals upon leveling up if you refuse to return the battle fund to previous levels.
