the other two are just well know members of the forum who are the same rank but aren't in the race the amount of votes you have = to how much extra the winner gets, so if ice win and gets 10 votes he gets 29,000 because 1 vote = 1,000.

 

if they both rank at the same time no one gets the prize and the crystals get donated to some lucky member of the forum
