[Declined] "Unanswered Questions" filter on the Help site

There are many people in tanki (like me and shoaib.zafar) who like answering the questions on the help site, but it is difficult to see which question should i answer, so what i need is a filter which shows the questions to whom NO ONE has responded yet, so it can save my and the official helpers' time.

ya  i could also help if u have a question which has been answered u can easily find it then instead of having to scrool all over the questions

I'm pretty sure that this is possible, since a very similar filter system already exists in the RU ideas section. We'll see what @Adequacy says.

There's a similar filter on the site already. 

 

 

Opened filter shows questions that have been accepted by moderators, but no answer has been given yet. Most of the time topics like these have 0 replies. If they have 1 or more replies but still are not marked Answered, 

• The replies do not fully answer the question and a more detailed answer is needed;
• The topic will be marked Answered as soon as the moderators check the comments and choose the best answer (this may take some time).

 

Adding a filter to show only topics with 0 replies will be pointless, because topics with 1 or more replies will be ignored by players, even though they don't have a satisfying answer yet. So if a topic is Unmarked, it needs attention. 

 

We've noticed that some players are very active on the site and there will be rewards for the most active helpers in the near future. Thank you!
