Wiki isn't opening

Thank you for your report. I've already forwarded this issue to the Devs, our EN Wiki has been going offline randomly for few minutes during the past week.

I kindly as you to give a description for the "freezing rate" of the turret Freeze; and check it's unit ([sec] or [1/sec] ?)
Please check as well the page that contains the rebalance figures; it the unit is given correct and if green or red is the correct color to use for the change.
Thanks in advance !
(and a great work there by the way, to have all those rabalnce stuff online and readable in time !)

Further:

Rico
- Ricochet page: reloading and recharging is mixed up in the stats table
- update page: weak damage 0% -> 25%? I doubt that.. because it would mean that Rico shells have infinte range.

Thunder
- thunder page, weak damage is given twice with differetn values in the stats table (besides the splash weak damage)
- if I hit a target, will he receive normal damage + splash damage? Or will my hit target only receive normal damage, and surrounding tanks will receive splash damage? (edit: solved by selftest: the target that is hit directly does not get splashdamage; only the surrounding tanks do. Pls enter this as clarification in your Thunder information page. Thnx :) )

Vulcan
- if my barre spin up is complete; and I fire for my whole "time before I heat up"; and then I stop. How long does it take until my energy bar is filled up again(this time includes the 1sec spindown) ?

hulls
The acceleration values in todays hulls wiki pages are something like xx.x
The acceleration values for the rebalance are something like xxxx.x
interrestingly the backwards acceleration stayed xx.x
I thing there is something wrong.. either the values or the units.

Are you not going to add all those retired 'Supply Kits' in the 'Retired' section? Like 'Supplies 1200 kit', 'Supplies 1300 kit'; since they pretty much went out of service.

There is one word widely used in Tanki Online. But, there is no such word in Dictionary for players. And that word is "buyer".

I am suggesting that that you add word "buyer" in Dictionary for players. With definition: "a player who buys game goods for real money; purchaser"

I personally don't like that word, but as we all know that word is widely used in Tanki Online.

If that is a reason... then 'Noob kid' should also be placed :p

You know how in the wiki, you can find info on hulls and turrets, basically a short description and the stats of each model, but what if there were a short video clip giving tips on how to USE them? Like Shaft users...so often I see Wasp Shafts sitting out in the open trying to make shots. If the buyer of the Shaft has the time to, he/she can simply go into the wiki, and maybe watch a series of five minute videos? A video as a description, a video how to use it and a video on what the user can do in various scenarios? Maybe a video on tips and tricks to get good kills?

One I use is when against an enemy with a much stronger tank also using shaft. Normally you'd go and fully charge and fire, but that gives them more time to shoot you as well! Instead I'll pop out and do a quick shot, maybe charge for a second or two and fire and pop out from different places from behind cover. Another thing is I'll let my teammates weaken them first, then go in for a powerful shot. I call it: "Peek-A-Boo."

I've seen ideas on training formats and things like that, but videos would be much more simpler to create and implement. Not only that, it will give the user a good insight on what to do with the Shaft so they don't sit out in the open on Wasps.

Topic merged

The problem is that these videos would take a lot of effort to make in order to be good enough quality to be featured on the Wiki. The editors simply don't have the time and/or skills required to do this, but if someone (even you, for example) actually decided to create such a series of guides, I'm sure they could be incorporated into the Wiki.

As Mafioso stated, these videos would be hard to make and we don't have the time or skills to do this.

However, we do have a section specifically for guides. This section contains many guides such as:

If you have found a guide and believe it is professional enough to be shared on the wiki, simply leave a suggestion in this topic with the link and why you think the chosen video should be added. We will look over it and decide if it is worthy.

On the Glide paint page (http://en.tankiwiki.com/Glide), this is stated:

"This unique paint job was designed for members of the "Academy of Parkour" parkour team."

However, this isn't true; as you probably already know the paint was originally designed for the ToT parkour team, but then was given to the AoP team after the ToT team separated. I also suggest adding some details about the paints history to the page as well, like the Russian wiki has on their Glide paint page (http://ru.tankiwiki.com/Glide).

This is one of the "Did you know that..." facts:

Although true, it seems that petraz has changed his nickname. Sadly, I couldn't find his profile or even find him mentioned on any forums (EN, RU, or BR)...

This will happen as soon as Issho recovers the kit images

A history part would be a good idea.

I don't think that we need to change AoP to ToT as they obviously don't exist anymore. It technically was designed for ToT but as AoP currently hold it, it seems more relevant to have their name on it.

We will not be changing his nickname as he was known as petraz at the time of conquering the tower. There are a few other outdated nicknames (AbsolutePacifist for example) that haven't been changed.

Nub Spammer. Use the desktop site so no spam. :P

More images = More stuff to download = more data used.

Also, it is really zoomed out on my phone which makes it harder to navigate

Check these out and report back if you think anything needs to be added

a more accurate desription of how to raise it overall rather than the distribution would be nice or maybe a part about the best way to increase the battle fund for gold box hunting
