Supposedly there's a secret code (the bolded letters) but I haven't unscrambled it to anything meaningful yet. Any clues?

Tried Caesar Cipher, ROT, neither of them came with anything meaningful.

 

Tried looking at wiki pages for Railgun, Titan, Eternity, Legend, Flow, but didn't find anything there either.
