Stolen money - 'rebalance'

Dear Mods,

 

 

What has happened with 'rebalance' is akin to: buying a car via a loan for £10,000 and part way through the repayments the garage illegally stealing YOUR car and giving you a voucher for £10,000.

 

The garage then doubles the price of the car to £20,000.

 

I am then expected to add £10,000 to the voucher and 're-buy' my car back.

 

True; it is quite legitimate for the garage to raise the price of that model by £10,000, but that will only apply to new purchasers - it can never be retrospective.

 

TANKI has done exactly the above. It conned me into purchasing items with specific attributes, it banked my cash, then it retrieved all that I bought, changed it's pricing structure, then gave me a VOUCHER to buy totally different items that I do not want.

I'd like to be clear here: TANKI HAS MY MONEY AND I WANT IT BACK - I DO NOT WANT WHAT TANKI NOW SELLS.

 

I want my cash back, and in Europe THAT is my legal right, and as I play from Europe - the European law stands.

Can you please point me to a contact address, physical and web-mail where I may raise my demand - in the first instance.

(Don't quote the illegal EULA - it is meaningless in law - just provide the contact address please).

 

This post is not here to enable discussion - I would like an answer (not your views) please.

Really - Now tanki is becoming worse and worse.New graphics,refund,now this - If more bad things will happen,i will LEAVE Tanki Soon.

I a liker of rebalance feel it was the time skills to come into action along with refund for who have waste weapons . Well came you explain better how are they robing ! When you say you lost m3 do compare unlocks of your rank !

Some people buy crystals with real money.

The crystals are the 'voucher'.

Don't mention EULA???? What?? Excuse me dude, you accepted it and all its rules - otherwise you would not be here - and now you say that you refuse that?

Doesn't work this way, that is an agreement that you accepted. YOU did it, you can't complain in any way for this.
