Is it being used properly?  Or does it get put to use badly by mults?

 

Good things which happen with voting:

 

a-If someone has joined the game but never spawns he can get kicked.

b-If someone is multing, he can be kicked.

 

Bad things:

 

a-Higher ranks tend to kick lower ranks from battle, this is fine if the lower rank is playing like a noob and not helping team much, but I have kicked many times when I am not bottom of the table and am doing well, with a positive d/l.

 

b-As I experienced yesterday, it is possible for lower down team-mates to kick you from a battle.  I was in second place and the first place guy got his friends to try and kick me.

 

c-People sometimes use the voting system for fun, just kicking people from their game, when they have just joined.

 

I personally think the voting system is overall a good thing, although lots of points need to be cleared up and/or fixed.

It needs to have serious changes made to it, I was kicked out of a battle where I was 2nd for a 5k fund. Just so they could increase theirs...

Yes^, that is nearly exactly what happened to me.  Except I was one vote from being kicked.

I don't think you really read the topic.  Look, if I am joint top with someone, and I can be voted, how is that fair?

you can get voted even if you are in second or third place except first,  a last place team member can vote you this is not fair that low place can vote, only top 6 should vote imho but even this has its downsides very hard to balance the equasion :(

^Yes, it certainly is, because the second place person may be 5000 points above third place, and he can still vote second place, but second place could be 10 points ahead in a low point game, and is multing, but he is still killing others just stopping his team capping.

 

That way^, he can get away with not being voted, but still mult.

 

I agree, it would certainly be hard for the Devs to fix these problems.

I dinot think thats possible... unless you did nothing for something like 10 minutes, people below can't vote you out.

Whenever I join a game like NS Red Alert, I ALWAYS + my team kick the low ranked people... especially if we are all gen.

The reason: Low ranked people usually have less experience and worse weapons/tanks. Even though you may have a good dl, a person with the m3 of your combo and have experience will do a lot better.
