Problem with controls

I have a problem with controls:

 

Problem 1: For my computer specifically, when I try to move forward, every so often it stops and I have to press again to keep it moving, and no, I'm not pressing the backwards button at the time.

 

Problem 2: This includes problem with trying to control 3 movements at the time:

 

When I try to move backwards, turn left and move my turret right, one of the controls doesn't move at all, whereas

When I try to move backwards, turn right and move my turret left, all of them work at the same time.

 

Can you tell me what's the problem? I think I have had this since the beginning of the game! Try for yourselves and see if you have Problem 2 (Problem 1 is only occurring for me as I see and it has started happening recently) by trying to move back whilst pressing left and moving your turret right.

 

I just tried the Problem 2 with alternative controls and it works fine. Please tell me what to do if I have some controls that doesn't work properly!

-__- I use laptop and my keyboard is attached to the screen!

 

Well I need a tutorial to use alternative controls, cause I am not left handed, but if I want progress then I need to use them for I have a ghosting keyboard. It's so hard to use the alternative controls :(

 

I tried to mix my alternative controls with my normal controls! There is problem with my "X" button!!!

 

I also tried to use alternative controls, while crossing my hands. It works accept there is no alternate for shooting! I can't react and press space bar with my left hand's pinky :(
