Did not recieve the 'Decorate Christmas Tree' contest prize!

Recently I have seen some of the fellow tankers posting that they haven't got the prize although they had collected all the 7 toys. So I felt like creating a topic for them.

And so my fellow tankers, Please post your nickname and proof (a screenshot of the garage showing all the toys). And make sure you post a picture of the whole garage, not just the toy to ensure that the pictures are not from the test server.(2 shots showing the whole set of 7 toys)

For Eg : 

 

 

I have included only 1 picture. You must post 2 pictures showing all toys.

 

 

And I hope there would be replies to all problems by the staff members.

You must post it here. I see that you are new to the forum so I guess you don't know about this forum. Welcome to the Tanki Online English Forum. Make sure you read the rules so that you do not have to risk on getting banned.

 

And as rodrewyou can PM them or as jokersus.cava said you can send a mail to help@tankionline.com.

 

How to send a PM

2) Then click on the 'Compose New' button.

It will take you to a new page.

 

3) Fill in a staff members name in the Recipient's Name, the Subject telling that you did not receive the prize, the Proof in the Message text field and click 'Send Message'.

Thank you for trying to help, however proving that someone bought the toys isn't needed, since developers already know who did it - everything is being logged. Plus, noone on the forum can help you, if you haven't got the crystals - write to help@tankionline.com. :)
