100% xp pass not working

I bought the 100% pass just now. neither it is showing in my garage nor it has been effective. i am still getting 10 xps for killing a tank! please help. sadly i didn't take any picture of buying it, but my crystals have been deducted already!

I already had the 30% Score multiplier pass before the update , It was going to expire on 20th March

But then I bought the 100% one and it is not showing in my garage , I spent 15k on it .

After buying the 100% one , I still see it in the shop but the 50% and 30% SMPs are missing

I checked , I'm only getting 10 XP for killing someone in DM

 

 

Edit 1: I can see 30% and 50% SMPs in the shop now .

Edit 2 : My crystals have been refunded and I bought the SMP again , it works as it is supposed to .

The Developers have identified the problem and are working on it. Don't worry about it. Your crystals will be returned soon.
