"The US military project we've been working on is almost complete. Tanker shall be ready to defend us in no more than two months. No enemy will be able to harm any US civilian anymore, hopefully," Marshal Peter Stallinton, the commander of the US military, announced. 

 

A round of applause from the other senior military officers followed. Everyone was waiting for the defense project, Tanker, to finish testing, and defend the United States from the threats they had been facing. If you're wondering what Tanker really was, it was a US military defense unit resembling Tanki Online, designed to defend the US. 

 

"Once ready, it can stop any enemy attacking us. Healing units will help the unit survive longer, while flamethrowers will burn our enemies to death. And if you think this will harm civilians, our healing units, namely "Isidas" will heal any unit or place and prevent any civilian being hurt." Marshal Peter continued. "Railguns can snipe enemies at long range, eliminating fleeing enemies. And Twins will bomb enemies out of existence with its constant plasma firing." 

 

Marshal Peter suddenly stopped dead. He had heard something. And that was now to be heard in the entire base. 

 

Firing sounds.

 

Everybody stood up and walked out. With guns ready, they began to shoot the raiders, decimating all but one in no more than a minute. However, an explosion was to change all that. 

 

An explosion.

 

That explosion destroyed the entire base. And killed all but one. Marshal Peter Stallinton himself, that is. He ran after an escaping raider, and caught a glimpse of his face. It was someone he knew. Someone he knew well. 

 

General Charles Bomberton.

 

Peter stopped dead. He retreated, with a plan in mind to eliminate their enemy once and for all. Suddenly, he stopped again, suspecting another terrorist attack. His suspicions were right. An explosion proved he was right. 

 

An explosion.

 

That explosion left Peter severely injured. But more importantly, it destroyed the city. Completely.
