Double click on your game screen. If it doesn't help, self-destruct and after next respawn your keys should work. It's known issue but still not completely resolved.

Maybe its Ghosting..

"Ghosting" is the problem that some keyboard keys don't work when multiple keys are pressed simultaneously. The key presses that don't show up on the computer or seem to have disappeared are said to have been "ghosted". On most keyboards, even some that are explicitly marketed as "Anti-Ghosting," this happens with many three key combinations. Imagine playing your favorite video game and not being able to, say, moving diagonally and fire your weapon at the same time (say pressing a, w, and space simultaneously) - Microsoft

There's no fix for Ghosting other than buying a new (anti-ghosting) keyboard, aka a Gaming Keyboard.

I don't think it's this because like before, it occasionally works and previously I never had this issue.

then does it work fine in other applications? (Using all the keys together?)

Yes, as stated above, your keyboard is a ghosting keyboard. You should buy a new keyboard, a gaming keyboard will be a treat. Moreover, please specify recent changes you made in your PC/Laptop

Weird then. If you didn't have keyboard ghosting issue before, you mustn't have it now either. That is, of course, if you didn't change your keyboard.

The inability to press/hold more than three keys simultaneously is regarded as "Keyboard ghosting", which is an irreparable malfunctioning in your PC's system. The two most common and/or famous ways to fix this is to either buy a decent gaming-ish keyboard or remap your keys.

Remapping seems like a viable option, however I am still confused a little on how it randomly decided to spring onto my computer.
