Example: Russian playing in EN and he can't speak with us he don't know our language so he would love to play with Russians  that's why there's GER, RU, EN servers. Btw i don't see any difference between theese servers FPS, Ping stay normal.

The difference is, Polish people don't speak the languages of the main servers. Americans, Canadians, Australians, New Zealanders, and United Kingdomers all speak English. Therefore, we don't need a separate server.

I assume you are talking about putting servers in the US. I think that a few servers in each continent is a great idea. Here in Kiwiland we get 150 ping minimum if we are lucky. It would also help us meet people from around us :)

I just suggest making a server for Asian People. I never get a Ping Below 100.

+1. I would love a server for Asian countries. My ping is 999 most days. It's not fun to play games with ping like that.
