What can I say, but that I have been, yet again, robbed of 1000 crystals.  :angry:

 

There is no explanation for this, except that gold box is broken. And do not tell me I have lags, clear flash cache, restart computer, etc... my ping is 62 and fps is around 60.

 

This is a true robbery, caught on camera. Absolutely ridiculous.

I don't get what the big deal is about 1k at high ranks it is practically nothing. Down here in the wo ranks? Heck yeah 1000 crystals is alot

Unfortunately, there is really nothing to blame but Tanki's servers. I remember that gold (I was the fat purple Dictator) and from my side of the server, I lagged through the gold as well.

It's the principle of the matter :P Also, Goldboxes drop quite a lot more often at high ranked battles (because of faster increasing fund) so despite an individual Goldbox being a somewhat trivial amount of crystals, they make up the same percentage of our income as it does to a low ranker. Also, the reason we all play this game is for fun- and Goldboxes are one of the funnest aspects of the game. 

There is really nothing that we can do about Tanki's servers. Although, the physics and engine of Tanki X will be completely different, so glitches like these will (hopefully) happen less frequently, if not at all.

Thank you for this great video-evidence — you need to forward it to the Tech Support and file a complain to them regarding this issue, this is the only way to keep pushing issues up to the Devs, we can't do much more on our side of "Helpers", we can only support you, check the proofs you give us and give you directives on what to do next.
