paypal balance problem

I have a balance of £11 but it says a balance of £2.74 when making a purchase on the tanki page why?

Seems like it is an issue with your Paypal account itself.

 

All tanki does is display your Paypal balance in front of you when you attempt to purchase an item, so it can't be from tanki's side.

if i make a purchase on one gold box which is one euro it says paypal balance £0.98 but when i make a payment for 2.99 euros crystals it says i have a paypal balance on £2.74 it must be tanki.

What is shown on the right is not the amount of money you still have in your paypal account, but what will be taken out of it when purchasing the items. Only thing is, on the left it is shown in euros and on the right in pounds, which is why the amounts aren't exactly the same.

But why won't it buy if I have a balance of £11, is it that I have to convert my money into euros? on paypal?
