:excl: Important announcement: Due to the V-Log having the same contest as here, the winning entry for the Video of the Week as theme ''Striker parkour'' will not be accepted in this contest. :excl:

Hello fellow tankers!

Do you like to parkour? Do you like to try and invent new tricks? In this contest, you will find the ability to do both, because the time has come for the new turret to show its capabilities in parkour! Your mission is to use the Striker for parkour to get onto buildings, no matter its size!

Your ultimate task is to shoot a small parkour video while using this brand new weapon.

________________________________________________________________________________________

Introduction:

The rocket launcher, also known as the Striker, was launched in the ''Patch Update #430''. This new weapon has the ability to shoot four rockets in a row while locking on to your enemy. This may help you push a tank further or higher. With its drawbacks of locking time, self-damage, and impact force (which is slightly less than Thunder's), there are a number of obstacles to overcome. However, the speed of the rockets are fast enough to shoot a tank when launching the homing missiles.

Rules:

  1. At least one team member must have the Striker (Modification does not matter).
  2. The person who is using the Striker must assist the flyer  (i.e. You cannot let 3 hammers shoot a Wasp/Striker and make it on top of a building). These rules apply except for O.M.P (one man parkour)
  3. The team should comprise of no more than 4 people. The video can be shot by a team member or an independent cameraman. (the independent cameraman will not receive anything in prizes)
  4. All videos must not last more than 30 seconds. Videos longer than 30 seconds will be disqualified.
  5. Videos must be submitted under this post with the nicknames of all the participants separated with commas.
  6. Nicknames must be clearly visible on the video.
  7. Only one entry per person is allowed.

The deadline of this contest will be the 27th of January.

Prizes:

1st place: 35 000 crystals per team members

2nd place: 25 000 crystals per team members

3rd place: 20 000 Crystals per team members

All worthy entries will receive a consolation prize.

________________________________________________________________________________________

Good luck to everyone! Prizes will be given out on the Monday after the results have been released; and I hope that the rocket launcher will launch you high in the sky!

Does the trick's creativity matter more or the quality of the video?

Decent video quality is important too, we need to be able to read your nickname.

Video quality matters because we need good visibility to judge your trick and make sure it's you and you aren't cheating, but bad quality video only can get really bad videos disqualified. Those who have decent video quality are judged only by the trick itself, with focus on the way you use Striker in the trick. After all, it's a parkour contest and not video editing contest, I would even recommend minimal to no editing at all because effects only decrease the visibility.

Can prizes be sent to alt accounts?

No, That's why we need to be able to see clearly your nickname in the video to see wich accounts have you used. You can take part in this contest with your alt and get prizes on it.

I got 1 question, which is VITAL for all contests/tournaments. Is it freely allowed, for any club/group/team to compete without having a penalty or detriment, of any sort. For example, if 1 club was to enter, and another club favoured by the officials, thus allowing the club favoured by the officials to perform better once being judged -> being subjective and compelete ignorance over the criteria as set.

All I wish to know.^

Hello,

We will judge based on the quality of your video, there is will be no penalty for any teams. On my judgment I will be objective for any entries. I talked to the leaders of F&F and they decided to not participate in this contest to avoid getting criticized about favoritism.
