Results [Issue 66] Decrypt It!

Seems like a lot of you like small, fun contests like this, as no less then a hundred entries popped up the second I opened up the results spreadsheet to decide who had won. Though some people did brilliantly, others seemed to have missed a couple of clues leading up to the last keyword - especially the third and last encryption.
 
That being said, let's take a look the five lucky - and correct - people who won this riddling contest!

The Results:
 
I have utilized the popular random-number generating website, Random.org, to select a number. We have a total of five winning positions to give away - the person who has this number in the list of correct entries then shall be determined a lucky winner. So, without further ado, let's jump right into the results.

^^ It was a bit harder, but it was easier than the 1st encryption.

 

I can't get over it yet...

 

 

 

 

 

I tryied to descrypt every emoji of the encryption... But I never imagined that the whole text was taken from a song.

It was two days ago when I was singing The Chainsmokers - Closer and this contest came to my mind, the two thoughts merged themselves and I finally reacted. Too late -_-

I hope to be luckier for the next time.

1st encryption:

 

Hey, I was doing just fine (empty) before I met you

I drink too much and that is an issue

But I am okay

Hey, you tell your friends it was nice to meet them

But I hope I never see them again

 

Explanation: It was simply taken from The Chainsmokers - Closer

 

 

2nd encryption:

 

Hornet

 

Explanation: You had to go to a Morse code translator. The text was only trying to confuse you, and the keys were between "OOO..........OOO"

3rd encryption:

 

Times New Roman

 

Explanation: Due to the clue for the 3rd encryption is hidden with a special text color, obviously it's most likely to find out the next clues for this encryption like that too. You could press "Ctrl + A" to look and read everything.

Seriously though, that 'Closer' one was just too easy...

You were not going to lose anything for giving it a try. Anyway, try your best for the next time.

And yep, I never thought in the song 'Closer' when I was trying to decrypt it, it's a trick that I will take into account for the next time.

The TO Newspaper has already had other contests with random winners and proofs were not shown due to it's irrelevant. Moreover, why wouldn't he have used a random-number generating website ("random.org" in this case)?

I'm sorry, but there's really no need of doing that in such a little contest (showing proof by screenshots or videos). I mean I did capture screenshots when the numbers were generated, but didn't post them as they weren't necessary to do so. This does not mean that these players were chosen without using the Random.org website; I can 110% assure you that they were.
