Declined Select which upgrade of turret/hull you want!

I think a new system should be implemented in Tanki where you can select which "M" turret/hull you want to buy, i.e. if you're a General and you want to buy M1 Thunder, you should be given that option, instead of being forced to purchase M2. A drop-down menu on the equipment could be included where you can select which "M" weapon you want and then you proceed. Of course the "M" that you want would have to be attainable by your rank, so a General would not be able to buy M3, but they would be able to buy lower. This would be great, since the tanker could try out new equipment at M0/M1/M2 before choosing which one(s) they want to continue with, and it would prevent the annoyance of being restricted with being able to buy only one type of "M" equipment.

 

There really seem to be no disadvantages to this and I feel it would make the game much more enjoyable if we tankers could have more options when buying expensive equipment, since we could test and try out what we want.

The biggest disadvantage is that it would result in players wasting crystals on weak equipment instead of saving up for the right modification that would be effective at their rank. Why would you ever want to buy M1 Thunder when you're General, one rank away from M3 and M4 equipment? If you want to try out new equipment, you can create a new account. We also have an idea for test drives, which is currently pending.
