Disable capturing points,flags and scoring goals when the teams aren't balanced

Since I was looking the topics here, I got very very good idea. I bet everyone will like it so here it is.
First I will explain what I think must be updated in CTF.
Well it's so often when people run from your team and this could cause your team surely loss. So for example at Rio maximum players in a team is 10. If the Team 1 has 10 players and Team 2 has 5 you won't be able to take the flag (That means 51% of enemy team must be full). This will prevent even further run and the game will become one idea more balanced. Even the full team will be happy because they want to play in full battles with 10 other enemies, not again half or full empty team.

If Team 1 has 100% full team and Team 2 less than 51% then Team 1 won't be able to capture the point

This may also be added in Rugby Mode and ASL. I find this very useful

Are we going any further than just Under review?

I can't tell you for sure, but judging by the nature of this idea, it's unlikely that it will get implemented. Idea itself is good, but it's not the kind of thing devs typically dedicate their time to.

In Matchmaking, game objectives are now locked at the start of the round to prevent one team getting an unfair advantage if they loaded in faster than the opponents.

As for locking objectives mid-game — that would be an unnecessary and imperfect solution. MM usually refills teams rather quickly, so it rarely gets to a point where one team only has half of the players. Meanwhile, I imagine it would be quite frustrating if you just used your overdrive and are attacking the enemy base, only to be locked out of objectives because some players on the enemy team left.

As for PRO battles — the idea does not apply, since PRO battles are meant to give players full freedom over how they want to play the game, without any restrictions concerning balanced gameplay.
