Event: Parade of the Beginners

In the mobile version of the game, there's a new systematic event where you get points for completing Daily Missions. The more points you have, the bigger the prize you get. It's called "Parade of the Beginners".

In this event, which is - at the time of writing - ending in around 6d 20h, you have to complete Daily Misisons and claim them. Each claim gives you one point, and the total you have to reach is twenty points. There are different prizes depending on how many points you got in the event. Here they are:

  • On three points*, you get x1000 crystals.
  • On six points*, you get the special paint, Breeze.

  • On nine points, x18 of all supplies**.
  • On fourteen points*, x2000 crystals.
  • On completing the bar, that is twenty points*, you get the special animated paint, Valour.

* one point is one completed Daily Mission.

** except Gold Boxes and Batteries.

What do you think of such an event guys? Do you like the system in which it works? What is your opinion on the fact that you can also pay some money and skip up to three points and get the rewards early? Discuss below!

Don't forget to give a mobile version a go and get those delicious rewards - there's still time!

So, there is only time for 18 missions to complete in 6 days?

Yes, I noticed the event a day late, but you can purchase the last two steps for a small amount of money. The last paint is worth it to be honest, it looks good.

Don't we need a invite code?

I thought that at this point everyone who applied for testing already got their invite code. Not sure about that though.

I was wondering what this event is all about. Gotta be honest, completing missions on mobile is a massive pain (unless it's collecting boxes), so I'm pretty sure you can just complete missions on PC and claim them on mobile, which still counts towards the progress.

If you desperately want an animated paint, then it's worth doing, But otherwise there's really no point. All the rewards before the paint are rather mediocre.

Yes, that's correct.

I did and collected all missions on my PC , they still counted anyway.

how unfortunate , they should give us some kind of notification next time they do such event.

well if you think the paint is worth it , you can always pay for the last step , it is only 2 dollars afterall :) .

But this is seriously a great addition to the game. The mission chain system is obsolete because we keep the chain but now we get to take part in larger quests that unlock all sorts of themed items on the road. The paint looks nice; it may be my very first animated paint.

They shouldn't deflate the whole objective of the paint by putting it into those pesky containers like they do with a lot of special paints lately. Or perhaps they may do so with weekly quests but leave out paints in monthly quests or even longer ones. Make them hard to earn and rare to see instead of smacking a price tag on them or involve a luck factor; no... I'd like to say: I've completed this long quest and now I have a special paint that resembles my hard work put into it.

I got Breeze from the 6 missions.. first look to me is like a surf green version of Amsterdam, pretty cool:
