I have to throw a spear in favor of whoever wrote, as despite playing many cannot access it every day because they have a life of their own where there are working times, family times, leisure times and not always the latter can be had all the days. Let us remember that this should be a game in which one enters to have fun and not a job in which one must enter every day whatever the cost.

Also I've seen plenty of games that have had outages or longer downtime than usual, none of them reward their players with free stuff after its fixed, tanki is the only game I know of that actually gives you rewards for just waiting

Ridiculous, I don't know if you read the announcement that players have two days to claim it, but the next day the server goes down,so you think it's the player's fault? It was a complete accident. However, developers should take into account that this part of the players who have not claimed it, and it is not difficult to get the list of this part of the player. Otherwise it's not fair.

How? Its your fault you where told when this token would be available from if you didnt log in and claim it. If your an active player you would have gotten it pretty easily as it was available nearly 15+ hours on the first day

Perhaps you are a little too optimistic because, if they were as you write, they would have already put an end to the problem, but I think they are going on with attempts. It was better that as developers they hadn't developed so many useless tanks and strange events, and instead dedicated themselves to making the game safe without burdening the servers. Used translator I hope the concept is not distorted.

This is probably the most response I have seen the Dev's being to understanding the need to communicate with players - and despite not being able to play, I have to say... thank you !! Yes, it's frustrating, it's inconvenient etc.. etc.. - but I, for one, actually really appreciate being told the current position of things.

We did log in, we just didnt want to claim it that day because we were smart... dont leave it for 2 days if you dont promise to make it available for the 2nd day...

Yes true but the previous token of apology was available for a whole day, so if you couldnt log in that that is your fault as this token is for players who are active and log in everyday. Regardless im sure they will give another one to compensate its just you need to be more aware if these are available only takes a second to log in and claim.

good that they will extend the trick and treat mini game but who remembers the good old days when there was no ddos attacks? they were the best days of our lives and many tankers are gonna become crazy because they can't get off tanki for more than 2 hours

Tanki has really thrown me off the deep end in the past and now I realize that they have a lot of problems. I hope they fix the server issues for real this time!

I used to squeeze every bit premium as well, but based on how instable things goes, i just claim immediately, already happened like this several times.

Happy for the communication but my one problem is the first token of apology, those who claimed it in that 8hr window now have an unfair advantage.

On Tuesday i see the token of apology and i check how many days do i have to claim it. Then i checked the calendar to see if i can delay it 1 day (to take it on Wednesday) so i can have Premium account till next Friday in case there is a special mission for Premium passes the following 2 fridays. Guess what, i didnt take the token on Tuesday and from Wednesday the game became unavailable. Dont try to outsmart tanki, i look like a fool now while i thought i was a genius on Tuesday ? Now they tell us that those who didnt claim it, wont claim it at all. Very fairplay ? Lesson learned tho, never try to outsmart this game, never overthink cause you will end up hating yourself and tanki at the same time. I dont have a problem to not play the game these days, take as much time as you guys want. im just dissapointed by the decision to not let those who didnt claim the first token, claim it after the game is back.

You never fail to amaze me

Umm Our Fund Almost crossed 9 Million Mark on the 9th Day. So whenever the Game Starts we will mark it as the 10th day of the fund.

Those who did not claim the first apology token and missed 100 candies are facing some difficulties regarding completing the islands, in my case, I needed 7 steps to complete the 3rd island, but now I can't finish it. moreover, those who claimed it on the 1st day have more superiority than we who did not claim it. This is not fair, we who did not claim it deserve that apology token as well as those who claimed it because we experienced game problems too. This need to be solved the way that everyone gets token(s) equally.

OMG I'm really sad that I cannot play for 1 week but I hope this time the developers fix this issue properly and we won't have to face this again every week. Wish you guys best of luck.

Just a suggestion : A paint named << I survived the server issue >> added in the reward compensation that all players can claim. It would be a special paint that would remind us of this long server issue. It could also be a souvenir to all the mighty players who survived this black out and did not give up hope for Tanki. The paint however should contain the description of the server issue and how long the game was out. So when new players join in the future, they would see the OG players wearing it and get jelous.

I think this is a sign of working too much on looks and sounds and not on the game system and gameplay. I've seen on test server, the game will change it's whole interface, new signs of augments and everything. I wonder who wanted it changed so bad? the looks of the game are fine if not amazing. Maybe devs should spend less time on bringing new skins and designing the game and instead focus on the gaming itself. Otherwise this is what will happen. every time. Personally, it's not urgent for me to log into my user and grind so much for other reasons, but I think others don't like the current situation, Thanks for opening test servers btw, hope game status will change in the next few days. To be completely honest I expected this topic to be way worse in terms of the reaction to the whole situation and I am quite happy that people can still understand the situation despite the frustration.
