Simple, it's called multing and sabataging. Take a pic of them in the game, or a video and report them if you want them banned. I don't think you can be blocked for using wasp/smokey in a battle though.

Simple. U play supplies battle, and 1/10 are going to be tooken over by a drugging clan. U play a no supplies battle, and if you lose you lost fairly and its all your teams fault.
