Decided what? To make a new clan, or to join a newb clan, or what?

M3 Titan is pretty good for your rank. However, the style that it's suited is more suited to mid-range weps such as twins or titan. Long-range and close-range weapons need more speed. I'd recommend you stick with what you have now, see what you like, then go for what you like, be that ricochet, thunder, freeze, shaft, isida or railgun. However, don't buy them all: just look at them from the outside, then buy one and upgrade one up to m3. Even if it isn't the one you like the most, it'll be a lot better than buying all of them to find what you like the most: by the time you've bought them all, your a lieutenant with no decent weapon and... well, you get the picture.

Well, if you don't do it, nobody will!

By the way people, when you suggest a paint, think of what it would look like on a tank. The vast majority of the time, the pictures that look the coolest turn out to be the worst paints, yet the most simple but yet different pictures are often the best paints. ;) Just a hint: think about how they'd turn out on a tank.

Thank you panzer for a balanced and sensible reply to my question. I think, however, that you miss the point of my statement. My statement is not to say that you should drug back, or that you should be able to win back: I'm not saying that. That is fact that you can't control players in your team, and however much you drug you just cannot sometimes win the battle that way. I found this out not so long ago, I was one of the strongest players in the match and I was full drugging, yet my team lost 5-1. Why? My team-mates, to put it simply, were newbs. They weren't playing badly, but against the higher weapons on the enemy team, they had no chance, and without a team, neither did I. My point from my statements on this topic and on the other one can be summed up as this: I want to show not that drugging is right, but that people who complain about drugging are hypocrites. Basically, the same people who complain about druggers and people who spend $$$ of cash on drugs will be the same people who are proud about the fact that they buy crystals (Snyper22 is an example of this). The same people who say drugging is unfair will join a game with their m3 - m3 combo and ruin it for newbies. The same people who write topics about drugging and how bad it is, will, at the same time, post on another topic saying to newbies who complain about the unfairness of higher ranks' dominance, saying how "it is just the game" and "people who play for a long time and who spend cash should be rewarded". Strikes me of a bit of hypocrisy, does it not? This is what I mean by "imbalanced morals". Basically, let me put it in another way, helping you see it in this light. For what you call in your posts: -"Drugs".... replace that word in your mind with "crystals" whenever you see it. -"People who spend cash on drugs"... replace that with "people who spend cash on m3 garages". -"People who join a game and ruin it by drugging", could be replaced with "people who join a game with their m3 - m3 and ruin the game by owning". -"No-supplies games" can be replaced by "Games with a tiny rank limit". -"Drugging" can be replaced by "Buying". -And so on, and so forth. Switch these words, and you have a very different yet fundamentally similar post: any people who complain about crystals and buyers and the like, would be complaining about one aspect of tanki that some people take advantage of and others cannot take advantage of, for whatever means. And the thing is, many people would have these complaints. And another fact is, you would quite probably be the first in line to jump in front and criticise these people because of their lack of logic and ill-sense. You see my point? In my opinion, people who complain about drugs are equal to people who complain about buyers, people who play a lot and get big funds that way, people who are epicly skilled, and the like. I see no difference. Explain to me what is the difference between: "buying/playing well and earning an m3 garage", and "drugging", and then I may see it differently. Whilst your answer is sensible and balanced, and that is fact, at the same time you still did not really answer my question: you instead answered what you thought to be hidden ideas behind my question, about drugging back and all that sort of thing. Answer my question on face value: Other than the fact that you consider earning lots of crystals (by whatever means) and then using your m3 garage which you got as a result of that (whether or not you have an m3 garage or not is irrelevant the fact is that you would use it if you got it) fine, even against lower ranks/non-buyers who cannot get such a garage, and you consider drugging not to be fine, what is the difference? And about sounding intellectual, sorry if I did. I do not intend to be intellectual, I try to act myself and speak from my heart. If my heart is intellectual (as I hope it isn't, but it may be), then too bad. But I doubt that it is.

A second language is a language you learn that is not your mother tongue. For example, Chinese is my second language: not the first language I learned but one that I learned other than my mother tongue.

Imo, if we want more clans, we need to: -Get a bunch more sensibleness in clans. So many clans (NFG, TI, other examples are around) sprang up, became powerful, died. End of. A bit more mature heads does help. I know a lot of clans didn't die from a lack of maturity, but you know what I mean. -Split up big clans. DD could do with splitting up if they really want to get more clans going. -Get people to join the weaker clans. For example, Snyper22 just created a clan, but nobody joined. Now, I'm sure that if koolwalky, meat, or another big name like that would have joined that clan immediately, lots of people would have joined. If one of the big boys goes and joins a clan, c'mon, you'll build it up! Realise the amount of influence you have, kool and the others. If you want more clans kool, how about joining the next serious clan that springs up with no members? It may not be fun at the start, but when more and more people join (because you have an influence), then it'll be a lot better. -But at the same time, friend groups like to stick together. Like I know now, that I could never leave the boys at IC, we are just like tanki family, as clans should be. So that does sort of hurt the problem of multiple clans, as everyone likes to be with everyone.... well, I don't know a solution really, just that's my two cents. That does need to increase. Try going into a clan, and seeing there. As tanki is a game of fun with the aim (as with all games), then I think, from my own experience, that clanning can increase that fun.

D'pends what you mean by good. When you mean "good" to be a friendly clan with lots of loyalty, which is what a clan should be, then not really.

I'm not sure how many people are going to join from the forum... other clans don't seem to have got vastly good results from here either... I'd recommend going about and getting people to join from real-life, and tanki chat, other than just on the forum..... your going to get more success that way. Good luck!

How difficult is it to go about and find someone with thunder m3 or ricochet m3, that you need to create a topic seeing if anyone wants to see you using them? Nice show-off, but a lot of other people (including me) have an m3 tier two weapon as well, you know. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Blah Blah Blah, drugs complaints again. There needs to be rules this time concerning drugging, really? For goodness sake, drug back! Nothing is stopping you, except your own imbalanced morals. You, somehow, see something wrong somewhere along the line with drugging, and thus you don't, and you want people to stop who do. I'm a drugger and proud about it, but at the same time I'm not a "drug-and-get-rid-of-your-drugs quick" sort of person. I always try to make sure that I have at least 100 of each double armor, double power, and nitro in my drug bank, in case a drugger invades a game that I'm in so I can counter him (I barely play games where I get more than 100 deaths because I just don't have enough time, and 100 deaths with drugging each time = 100 of each drug needed). I drug within reason, within my own common sense. I'm sure that you could also store up enough drugs so that you can play with druggers on their own boat, and then just take a chill out for a while. What is so wrong with druggers that is not wrong with buyers, or epicly skilled people with an m3 garage earnt up? The only difference between drugs and crystals is that you consider it stupid to use drugs but not crystals - that is the only difference. Come on, can't somebody tell me any other difference between using crystals and drugs? And before you ask, this topic was aimed at anyone anti-drugging. Any one of you, reply to me. But if you have nothing to say, don't say anything. No-one wants to hear your contribution if all you can do is go on and on for no real reason.

Well, IC is ready to return when chris gets major, which will be in a couple of months... and we're tougher, slicker, and more sleek this time! We know the mistakes we made last time, and we're going to be back... just wait on a tiny bit. EDIT: And we'll be a pretty weak clan, seeing how our primary aims are to have fun, not to win, and we have no weapon/tank requirements and will have no wep/tank requirements, only maturity requirements. This could encourage more "weaker" clans, because if there is one or two weak clans already, more will be encouraged!

Note: I'm only going to reply to your point about crystals, seeing how that is your main point. I have to admit, I somewhat agree. Whilst all of us did start off like that, a lot of us also did have problems at the lowest ranks. I never had any crystal problems (due to the fact that when I was a corporal I already had one of my friends that I invited as a master sergeant and thus I was able to buy what I wanted for a while.), there are also other problems. However, tips for the lowest ranks can include: -Remember that all crystal boxes fall when the fund is 6/12/18/24/etc. Thus, when those numbers come from the battle fund, make sure that you are in the position where the crystal box will drop. This is a massive help for me on my secondary account, because I'm just always there when the box drops ;) -Secondly, make sure you don't waste crystals. I'm sure you know this, but there is no need to test out smoky, firebird, twins, wasp, hunter, and titan. By the time you have all of them you are out of cash for upgrades. Think long and hard about one combination you want to use, and then stick with it, even if you are not convinced if it is the best. I used firebird/hunter, but my two brothers both used different combinations: all of us worked just as well. -Thirdly, if crystals are your problem, play for crystals. Make sure that you play in matches that are going to end before you have to leave, and matches that you have a chance to win. Otherwise, what are you doing complaining about crystals, when your not trying to get them? And by the way, crystals become a lot easier to come by when you get to the higher ranks, as you'd expect. So don't worry about the future, and don't be put off by the high prices. They are actually pretty fair when you get up to those ranks. ;)
