It depends. USA has major and above not the "noobs" you speak of that are in UK. <_< ​Exactly. Non-residents can join to help their friends who are from either country and make it unfair. Only people who reside in US or UK should play.

I'm pretty sure there's still a bunch of time for US players to see this. Also, don't really see where there are noobs in US team since the lowest rank so far is major opposed to UK having Third Lieutenant... :) I'm sure it won't. Test isn't always open and unreliable. Also, you should probably play more on your account and get better equipment there since test sometimes isn't open for weeks or a month...
