You are violating a rule yourself as well: 3.8. - Continue discussing topics that have been locked or deleted by the Administration. To contact the Administration, use Private Messages; I am just warning you. And it's exactly as Semyon said: Each moderator interpetates the rules him/herself. But you can search for it on the internet.
