Well I am very happy and aware that confirmation of identity is important. But since It took so long that the sale of the crystals ended with the last server update, will i get refunded what I initially bought? It has finally been unblocked, since we verified my identity. When/ and Will i get the crystals from when I originally purchased with the 50% sale and my double daily card? To clarify, the crystals that I have on my account, are currently only the crystals bought, with the double daily, not including the sale. How can we take care of this, since it is 2x less then what i intended to buy! Instead of the 1,400,000 million i got 700,000k. The other 40 some thousand on my account are from battles,etc.

Seriously, I got a response from Paymentwall that they need my passport/ drivers licence copy, and a picture of my credit card transaction. Do they want my social security number too to purchase crystals for a game??!?!?!? How absurd is this!?

The other day i put in 105$, with my double daily, and the sale on crystals to buy some crystals for my account. It said that my payment was being processed and after that the only message that kept on popping up when i tried to click on the payment is "Payment System is blocked for you". What is going on? I checked my gift card and the 105$ are still there but I still want to purchase the crystals. I have done similar purchases before and had no issues. Can you please help me asap?
