Hey guys, iNubCake here with another little helpful guide on the map Silence this time.
Sorry I couldn’t get any videos on the map, but this is one from Gold Boxes sowing the Red spawn a bit. But I might add a few pictures.

Information-
Silence is probably the most one sided map on the game. If I’m not mistaken, the top team is Blue and the bottom team Red. If you haven’t already played on this map I would recommend Blue if you’re looking to win. As just said, Blue is good for winning, but if you’re looking to rack up a few extra crystals Red is the team for you, as most of the crystals drop near Red spawn.
But honestly, Blue is the way to go. The top team can easily capture Reds’ flag as they have 3 ways down into the spawn/ flag. And 2 of these ways are easy to get through.
Teams-
On Silence, I’d think that Blue is more of the offensive team, as it can see most of the Red team from safe places.
As you can see from the picture, one of two routes up to Blues’ flag can be blocked by just 1 person with a few mines.

Suggested Weapons and Armours-
Really any weapon works here, everything depends on your playing style, if you camp a lot I’d go for Railgun, Thunder, Freeze, Ricochet and Isida. Isida is especially good here as a majority of the time a lot of people camp and you can heal your team-mates easily collecting some points.
Railgun and Thunder because there are so many hiding places to camp at.
Ricochet because there is a place down near the bottom of the map where lots of people gather who are camping the crystals or trying to get through. This will work to the ricochets advantage, just stick behind a wall, hold Page Up and start shooting. Adjust your aim to hit someone and sooner or later you will get kills, and all this can be done safely as the enemy cannot see you.

Freeze can work in the same place as Ricochet, except all you need to do is wait for someone brave enough to come out, then you chill them down a bit. Or you could run over to a pile waiting behind the wall and charge them.
Talking Tactics-
With the Blue team, firstly you want to give the Reds’ as hard time as possible. Place a few mines on the single file ramp closest to your flag. This should prevent any intruders for a few minutes. Go back and place a few every so often. Now you can choose your playing style. You can camp or capture.
If you decide to camp go click on the links above and look for some good places to go.
If you decide to capture you got 3 options, you can go down the ramp where you put your mines, but be careful. If you fall all your mines disappear and you have to respawn. If you decide to go left down the big ramp it isn’t a great idea to go straight down. You want to go through the double buildings and keep going straight, over the side of the platform. With luck you won’t be seen, then make a dash for the flag. Last option is to go down the 3 steel ramps and go to the other side of the pipe, then drive down and dash for the flag. But whichever way you choose, it is advised that you go back up the small single file ramp as it is the closest which means it’s faster, and you most likely still have your mines there, giving you a little backup.
